Woodland Fairies
by Karen K
When I saw this fairy fabric by Barbara Tourtillotte I knew I had to make a quilt with it. The nine little fairy blocks were on a panel so I cut them apart and then used them as the center for two different quilt blocks. I used more of the bright and colorful fabrics from the collection to complete the blocks and then added a floral mitered corner border to finish it off. The batting is cotton and the 40" x 40" quilt was machine stitched and machine quilted.
