Sane and Simple quilt

by Juliette Lanvers
(Salt Lake City, UT, USA)

I made this quilt for my son almost 6 months after he was born. It's easy and goes together quickly. You just need 4.5" squares and 2.5" white strips. The quilt has no seams to match, which is always a plus. It could be done with Moda charm packs for a lot of variety or with conversation prints for an I-SPY quilt.

I quilted it myself with a stitch regulator on a Bernina machine. The batting used is the thinest so that my son can grab it and drag it along just like Linus from the Peanuts!

I love this quilt. I think you did a great job with the colors and placement and the sashing strips set it off so beautifully. I is just gorgeous. Well done!
