Playmat quilt

Play quilt
I only used a simple design as I wanted it made very quickly. It only took 2 days or so (not full time). No actual pattern and the size was determined by the squares on the front. I stitched the stripe parts first, then sewed two squares diagonally twice then opened and cut to make the triangles sewn together. I assembled the squares as rows first then the squares together. I put contrasting stripes between and around the squares to tie it all together. |
