I made this for my daughter's friend Nico. The quilt was my third one. It was all done by machine. The circles were appliqued to each block then pieced together. It was time consuming but lots of fun.

I'm just learning how to quilt - I come from a family of quilters but somehow no one ever taught me before! Anyway, I've got a baby due in April and when I saw this pattern I knew this was just the sort of thing that I would love to make. Is there any chance you could talk me through the pattern?

are so happy and mod. I adore this pattern. You should write a tutorial as I would love to make this one for grandbaby to come. I just have a thing for circles and grids so, in my eyes, this quilt is the best! Wish I could see the quilting.
