Lady A's Quilt

This quilt was my third attempt at quilting. Inspired by the green & pink tulip fabric, I hunted up other pinks and greens at the store and machine pieced the top in 2004. Two layers of cotton batting and a plain pink for the back are hand tied with embroidery thread.

Then it sat for 4 years. Until a friend had a baby girl and I added the pink gingham binding and presented "Lady A" with her quilt on her first birthday.
