Dragonfly Dreams Mei Tai

This mei tai was made with a panel from recycled vintage kimono fabric. It is for sure a one of a kind carrier!
I wanted something special to carry my little girl in, unfortunately she grew faster than I sew, so in the end we never got to use it :(
The straps are a beautiful green twill, the body is also green twill, with the kimono fabric serving as a decorative addition. There is also a sleeping hood incase the baby were to doze off mid-carry! The straps and waist are padded with fleece fabric so they are cushy and comfortable.
If I were to make this again, I would for sure make it larger in case it takes too long to sew again.
