DIY Car Seat Cover Pattern
by Candace Whiting
Tell us about your project! Was it a gift or for your own child? This idea has been wonderful for me. It serves as a changing pad, blanket, keeps off wind, sun, and light, and just is an overall great investment. How long did it take you and did you run into any problems? This project took me an hour to cut, pin, and sew. Please share details about the materials you used and where you got them: The elephant is a cotton flannel from JoAnns, the blue under fabric is a polyester blend, also from JoAnns. Velcro is used to hold the buttons onto the cover. Did you use a pattern or were you inspired by one? I was inspired by my storebought car seat cover, but adapted it for my own use. How is your handmade item working out or how was it received? They're very excited to use them! *** LIKE ME ON FACEBOOK Seamless Transitions
