Bright winter sunlight! Both wide and narrow stripes.

Please describe and tell us about your baby blanket.

This is a lightweight blanket that is cuddly and soft for the baby, but still tough enough for a toddler to drag about.

What yarn and needles did you use and where did you get them? Why did you pick this yarn?

The G crochet hook has been with me for about 40 years, but the yarn was a new arrival at Shepherd's Choice and I had to try it.

Tell us more about your design. Was it inspired by another pattern? Why did you pick those colors?

The stitch pattern is one that I have used many time and I just chose 'happy' colors.

Did you run into any problems when knitting your baby blanket? How long did it take you to knit?

The blanket took about a week to complete.

Anything else you'd like to share about your baby blanket or knitting in general?
