Below is a request for a Detour Diaper Bag™ Selling License. After agreeing to the list of terms, and after you make this purchase. An agreement will be sent to you via email in pdf form. The next step will be for you to print it out, sign the agreement and mail the original back to me. Licensing is not complete until both parties have signed the form.
Details & Terms:
- Licensee agrees to pay for one of the following production levels:
$10 - for the production of 10 Detour Diaper Bags
$20 - for the production of 25 Detour Diaper Bags
$40 - for the production of 50 Detour Diaper Bags
This license is only active for the number paid for. No additional diaper bags may be produced for sale unless an additional agreement is purchased. This fee is non-refundable once the agreement has been signed.
- Licensee agrees not to re-distribute the pattern or any portion of the pattern. This agreement does not entitle licensee to sell the pattern or any portion of the pattern, only actual diaper bags created.
- Licensee will identify Detour Diaper Bag produced for sale with the following credit in any product descriptions or sales tags: Detour Diaper Bag, designed by Amber Dusick of MakeBabyStuff.com
- This agreement in no way makes Licensee an employee of MakeBabyStuff.com.
- If Licensee violates any of the above terms, MadeBabyStuff.com reserves the right to revoke this license.
- MakeBabyStuff.com reserves the right to refuse to sell a license to any person for any reason.
