Benjamin's Monkey Quilt

Benjamin's Monkey Quilt
I used larger than average squares for a more modern feel. I loved the bright colors of the orange sock monkey fabric and the goldfish fabric which I think is from Heather Bailey. I added some different dot and stripe prints and then randomly sewed them together. The backing is the light blue tossed terrier fabric and I tied the corners instead of machine quilting. The batting is 100% organic cotton (it feels wonderful) and I edged the quilt with orange satin since my son loves the satiny feel. It was easy to put together and it really brightens up his bed.
